Description
As City Photographer Neil Price is responsible for much of the imagery that originates at Wellington City Council. He documents many of the major projects that Wellington City Council undertakes as a local authority and therefore works across all the WCC departments. In 1990 Neil created a suite of images for the City Art Collection expressing the liveliness of summer in the capital.
