Panoramic view of Wellington from the sea a year after settlement by Europeans, showing named houses, businesses, pa and ships, drawn from on board the ship London. Sites printed along bottom include Commercial Inn, John Wade's Auction House, Bethune & Co's Stores, Britannia Coffee House, Bellsize Point and Rd to Kaiwarra-warra.
